The vise is supplied complete with work stop, a pair of positioning key nuts, a box wrench and T wrench. Possibilities to change the mechanical blocking device with the hydraulic or pneumatic blocking device or other taylor-made solutions. Completely hardened and ground high alloy steel. The high precision ensures and enables the interchangeability of every component of the modular system, quick and precise positioning with respect to the fixed jaw, matching the vises between them, with very accurate repeatability of the work piece position. Movable jaws built in one solid piece, with more rigidity and no flexing. Fixed jaw with 5x5mm step to match with the prismatic movable jaw (which allows to clamp round pieces and plates without parallels). Eight threaded holes on the jaws to fix extension elements or stack-type jaws. Pull-down jaw plates for a perfect blocking of the work piece against the vise base. |
