The Jainnher centerless grinding machines are designed for mass production with high and stable precision. Based on your quality requirements and operational environment any of the Jainnher centerless grinding machines is capable for in-feed and through-feed operation. The forming grinding is also possible by adding special dressing devices. Labour savings can be achieved by adding special accessories such as auto in-feed, auto through-feed and auto receiving systems. The CNC models can perform automatic operation.
The machine base is made of high grade cast iron. To ensure stability and rigidity it is heat-treated and normalized prior to machining.
The wheel spindle is made of SNC-21H, Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel and case hardened, carborized and sub-zero degree treated by computer controlled systems. Surface hardness is more than HCR 62 for a depth of over 1.5mm. Hardness at the hub is about HRC 30 with resistance for wear. Furthermore, the center holes, thread and outer diameter are precisely ground. Accuracy and long life are guaranteed.
